Where the Passion Begins
ANTHONY
Easy going craft beer lover. Interest in brewing beer started whilst travelling in Japan and visiting the Sapporo brewery. But it was following a secondment to the US where Anthony enjoyed a unique range of beers not available from commercial breweries and seeing how the craft beer scene was bringing so many people from different walks of life together that made him think more seriously about setting up a microbrewery.
HELENA
Originally a lover of spirits and lager, Helena was introduced to microbreweries whilst visiting Anthony in the US. Winding down with a meal and a craft beer fast became a favourite activity. Through attending beer festivals and becoming an amateur beer taster, Helena decided to embark on this venture to create a product which brings together a shared love of craft beer and Africa.
